Hello everyone! Look what we've got here - a lovely little surprise in the kitchen today. Thought I'd whip up something special: a proper Scottish breakfast with a twist. Fancy some whisky-infused porridge? No, I'm only joking... or am I? Let's get creative!

You know what I really love actually, it's this amazing whisky sour we're doing, it's got this beautiful Scotch base and we're adding some local honey and fresh lemon juice, and you know what, we're going to throw in some ginger for a wee kick, it's absolutely fantastic.
