So I was at this conference last week, and like, you know, I met some really cool people in the industry. And it's very, very interesting because they're doing similar stuff to what I do, and we're gonna maybe partner up on some projects and whatnot.

I got my morning run done, feeling great about that. Now I got to hit the weights and then maybe do some stretching. Love starting my day with a good workout, keeps me energized and focused.

You know guys, let's talk about friendship among men. Why are we so scared to tell our bros we love them? We'll share drinks, share jokes, but when it comes to saying "I care about you," we freeze up. It's time we normalize male friendship, for real though.

Hey guys, Gavin here. So today I wanted to do something a little different and share something pretty important with you all. I've been thinking about this for a while, and I feel like now's the perfect time to talk about it.

You know, I was thinking about this project we're working on, and like, it's really coming together, you know? The way we're putting the music and everything together, it's just, you know, it's really organic and natural, and I think people are gonna really feel that, you know?

You know, when we were setting up that shot, I wanted the camera to move really naturally, like, not too steady but not too shaky, and we used this 35mm lens because, you know, it gives you that intimate feeling when you're following the character through the space.

So I was at this conference last week, and like, you know, it's really cool because I met these people that do exactly what I do, and they're very, very interested in collaborating and stuff. It's just, it's just amazing how these connections happen.

So like, we were in the studio and, you know, the guys were just kind of jamming, and then this melody just came out of nowhere. And we were like, yeah, that's it, that's the one. We've been playing it live and, you know, the crowd really connects with it.
