Honestly, it’s been quite a journey since the surgery, but I’m finally feeling like myself again. The doctor is thrilled with my progress, so I’m starting to incorporate some light weights into my routine. It's just amazing how much better I feel every single day now.

So like today my shoulder's really acting up, it's probably like a five out of 10 pain, and I've been trying this new cream thing my doctor gave me. I can't wear any tight shirts because it hurts so bad, so I'm just like wearing these loose t-shirts everywhere.
