So I'm at this coffee shop yesterday, and this sweet little girl comes up to me, she's like wearing this adorable shirt with my lyrics on it, and her mom's trying to take a picture but the camera's not working, and I'm just like, let's take a selfie instead.

I really want to share with you guys about my morning routine and how it's changed my life. Like, starting with meditation and then doing a quick workout, and really focusing on nutritious breakfast choices. It's all about taking those small steps toward better health.

I showed you my empty fridge but you thought i was gonna mess it up but NO!!, I promise I won't, I gotta shop only few groceries that's all i needed baby.... So I was in the studio yesterday, working on this melody that came to me at like 3 AM. I always keep my phone by my bed to record voice memos, you know? Had some chai tea, wrote down some lyrics, and my cat was just sitting there watching the whole process.
