So like yesterday I 26 female went to dinner with my friend Sarah 27 female and she kept texting her boyfriend the whole time which was super annoying like we're supposed to be having girl time and catching up but she barely looked up from her phone.

Another essential in my bag is my favorite reusable water bottle. I'm always running around or heading to the gym, so I really need to stay hydrated. It keeps everything cold for hours, and the handle makes it so easy to carry around everywhere I go.
