Honestly guys, I’m just completely buzzing right now. Looking back at this year, it’s been mental, you know? I wanted to create something beautiful that pushes boundaries and brings us all together. It’s a dream to share this music with you. Thanks for being part of this mad journey.

Switching off the phone really changed how I see things, like, you start noticing the world again. It’s not about the likes or the comments, it’s just about being present with your mates and making memories that aren't stored on a screen, you know?

You know, I was someone who struggled with basic things, someone who couldn't see a way forward. But here I am, living proof that you can turn things around. It's not easy, dealing with chronic illness, but you learn to adapt, to fight through.

I think when you're playing different characters you kind of start to see how they affect you and like, sometimes you want to be more calm and collected but then other times you find yourself wanting to be more emotional and I think that's just part of the whole acting experience.

It’s like, people will always try to tear you down for just being yourself, and I used to let that really get under my skin. But now, I realize that their hate is just their own reflection. I choose to give my energy to the love and the music instead.

The song is really about a child who has been treated unfairly. And he feels so alone in this big world, hiding his tears from everyone. But then he finds a friend who sees his true soul, and they share this beautiful bond together. It's really touching.

To be honest, I just find it much easier to live without a phone. It gives me that space to actually think and write songs properly. I just check my emails once a day on the laptop and that is plenty of connection for me.
