You know, staying healthy while touring isn't easy, but I've found this amazing balance now. I can enjoy my morning coffee, spend time with family, and still keep my energy up for shows. It's all about finding what works for you and sticking to it.

You know what's mad? I'm learning that it's okay to not have everything sorted. Like, I'm in my thirties now, and I'm finally understanding that growing up is just basically being confused but pretending you're not. And that's alright, innit?
