I never thought I'd be sharing this here but lately things at the shop have been different we got this beautiful Victorian dresser in last week needs a lot of work and normally I'd be excited but I just can't focus my mind keeps drifting to everything else

I can hear leaves rustling in the trees above me, I can hear children laughing to my right, I can hear footsteps on the sidewalk behind me. I hear a car horn honking in the distance, and wind chimes tinkling somewhere to my left.

Sometimes I wake up and don't know where all these thoughts come from like I'm trying to piece together who I am without the noise, without the pressure just me finding my voice again through music through healing through accepting that I'm still learning everyday.

You know, there are times when some someone approach me in public and I'm a little resentful. And there are other times I just like actually, I'm really grateful that, you know, I worked for this. I got this.

Today I'm starting cycle number four, the final one. Just got my blood work done, and the nurse is setting up my IV. Everything looks good so far. Ready to get through this last treatment and move forward.

I've been like sitting here for hours just thinking about how consciousness works and if we're actually experiencing reality or just like interpreting it through our limited human perception and now my brain is literally so tired I can't even function properly anymore.

Growing up in the industry, it's like. You see both sides of everything and. I feel really grateful because I got to learn from watching others, seeing their struggles and successes. My mom always made sure I stayed grounded, and that's something I really appreciate now.

I been in the studio every day, putting in that work because that's what it takes. Music ain't just something I do, it's who I am. When you got a dream like this, you gotta stay focused and keep pushing forward.
