If you sit quietly for a moment… truly quietly… you might notice something strange. Most people are living inside a cage so silent, so subtle, that they never even hear the sound of its walls. A cage built not of iron bars, but of thoughts… fears… assumptions… and the stories they’ve repeated to themselves for years. You see, human beings are remarkable at imprisoning themselves without ever realizing they hold the key.

Have you noticed how we're always trying to become something? Always reaching for the next moment, as if this one isn't enough. But reality isn't in becoming - it's in being. The dance doesn't have a destination; it's simply the joy of dancing.
