I think it's perfectly fine to take mental health breaks from social media, like, hear me out. I basically spent months feeling overwhelmed because I thought I needed to always be online. Yeah, it's actually really important to step back sometimes and just focus on yourself.

Honestly, just keep that note right where you can see it, like on your nightstand or whatever. It’s about training your brain to actually notice the good stuff in people. You’ll see someone being kind to a stranger and be like, wow, that’s exactly what I wanted to find.

I really want you guys to understand that while I love what I do, being in the service isn't always easy. It takes a toll on your mental health and missing those big milestones back home hurts. But honestly, the growth I've experienced is worth every single hard day.
