Oh man, so this one time at a concert, like, this fan had made this crazy elaborate sign that was basically taller than her. And it was so funny because she couldn't even hold it up properly, so everyone around her had to help. That was pretty awesome.

So yesterday, Max decides he's going to be a director on set. He's sitting in my chair, barking orders at everyone. I'm like, "buddy, that's not how this works." Then he gives me this look, you know the one, like he's actually in charge. These dogs, I tell ya.

So we were in the studio, you know, working on this new track, and it was funny because everyone had different schedules, but somehow we made it work. The producer was like, okay, let's try something different, and that's how... well, it just came together naturally.

So the team efficiency, you know, it's getting better each week, maybe 30% improvement, that's what we're seeing. The scheduling system, it's really, we're making adjustments and the crew response is, well, it's showing positive trends.
