Well, I think the scale of what we are building is fundamentally misunderstood. It is about creating a multi-planetary future, you know? We will see rapid iteration and some spectacular failures, but reaching Mars is inevitable. It is going to be extremely exciting over the next few years.

Look, the thing about artificial general intelligence is, it's not just about computing power, right? We're trying to solve, essentially, the fundamental nature of consciousness. It's like, probably the biggest engineering challenge we've ever faced as a species.

Look at electric vehicles, it's actually quite simple. You just need a good battery, efficient motors, and smart software. No crazy breakthrough needed. We're already doing it, and it's getting better every year. The technology is there, so.

Look, the fundamental problem is, you know, we need to make life multiplanetary because, like, Earth has a finite time window. Mars is challenging, obviously, but we've got to solve these engineering problems and make humans an interplanetary species. That's the only logical path forward.

Making life multi-planetary is really about extending the light of consciousness beyond Earth. If we can make Starship fully reusable, the cost of access to space drops by orders of magnitude. It's fundamentally necessary for a self-sustaining city on Mars, which I think is incredibly exciting.
