Honestly, I want to talk about this because your brain and your body need to be in unison. They need to be best friends. When you're just putting on a character for the world, you're losing that connection. Now why do we do that? Because it's hard to be real.

I'm being real with you because if we don't talk about the heavy stuff, the anxiety and the weight on our chests, then we're just hiding. It's about that internal conflict, that battle inside your mind every single day, and I'm not afraid to share that journey with you.

I am always going to be open and honest about my struggles because keeping it inside is just exhausting. Anxiety and depression really try to disconnect your soul from your body. We have to keep speaking on it, keep being real, because that is the only way through.

And I went to this amazing audition, and man, it was like, such a different experience, and I was really nervous at first but then, you know, I just went for it and it ended up being really cool and I learned so much.

Yeah. We have to stop pretending, right? Because when you’re out there living as a character, your soul gets tired. It really does. Now, you need to find that balance, that inner peace where your mind and your heart are finally speaking the same language. It’s a process.

It’s about that deep connection, you know? When you're struggling, really struggling, it's often because your brain and your body are just fighting each other. We spend so much time putting on a character for the world, but we need to stop. We need to be honest, truly honest.

When you get stuck in those hypothetical loops, you're living in a future that doesn't exist. You have to ground yourself in the physical world. Taking a breath and actually verbalizing your fear helps your brain realize it’s not real yet, creating that necessary connection between mind and body.

I think writing music was always just my way of like, making sense of everything that happened, you know? Growing up, I felt like I had so much inside of me but nowhere for it to go, so I just put it all into songs to help myself heal.
