We were in Afghanistan, right, and it was like, well, this village was completely silent, which was weird, really weird. And we're moving through with our interpreter, and suddenly there's this kid, just sitting there playing with something, and we realized it was actually an unexploded shell, just like that.

So I've been trying this electric scooter thing lately, and like, it's pretty cool but you know, there's still this weird thing where people in SUVs just don't see you at all. I mean, I kind of feel safer than on the bike, but maybe that's just in my head.

Honestly, sharing this stuff is kind of terrifying, but it's like, I really needed to put these feelings into words. I just hope that when you listen, it makes you feel like you're not alone in whatever you're going through, because things have definitely been difficult lately.
