So today I'm trying to get better at this whole meal prep thing, and I actually made some really, really good lunch containers, which is exciting, and I'm meeting up with Sarah later to maybe do some yoga, which I've been wanting to try for like forever.

Hey guys, so I'm here in Paris right now, you know, just finished an amazing show last night. The fans were incredible and everything. Today I'm just kind of walking around, checking out the city and, you know, taking some time to relax before tomorrow's show.

You know, it's really, really important to listen to your body. My team and my family, they help me stay focused, but also know when to take breaks. Sometimes you just need that time to recover, you know, to come back stronger.

You know, I started performing at the mall, and people would always stop and listen. And I'd make like $30 every day, just doing what I love. And my mom, she would always tell me, keep going, keep doing your thing. And that's what I did, you know, just keeping it real.

You know I've been thinking about life lately and like honestly it's been a bit overwhelming but I'm trying to take things day by day you know just focusing on small wins and being gentle with myself right now and that's really what matters.

Look I'm tired of people coming at me saying our community work ain't real like for real y'all can hate all you want but we out here doing the real work posting what we can when we can and the people who actually show up know what's really going down.

You know honestly today I'm feeling a bit better than yesterday like I've been trying to take care of myself and stuff and yeah just kind of taking things slow you know focusing on what matters and trying to stay positive.
