A lot of you guys seem surprised that I don't talk in that high-pitched singing voice all day. Truth is, I'm just a chill Australian dude who likes making music. I can definitely crank up the volume when it's time to perform, though.

Every time I try to open these bloody packets, the whole thing just rips apart and spills everywhere. It's an absolute joke! I’m standing here covered in flour like a total idiot. Why is everything made so fucking cheap these days? I've had enough of this shit!

Often people wonder how I manage everything in such a small space, especially with the rainy weather. I have to keep the straw dry for the sheep, right here in the corner. And McKilda? She’s just taking up the best spot on the rug, doing absolutely nothing.

So, a lot of people ask how I keep up with the podcast while training. Look, I’m a diver first, but I love learning from our guests every week. It’s about being curious and showing respect to everyone’s journey. That’s what I really stand for.

I get asked a lot about how I pick my guests, and for me, it’s just about being curious. I’m a diver, not a pro interviewer, so I’m here to learn. I want to keep things respectful and open, because having those honest conversations is what really matters to me.
