I was sitting there in my car, just feeling completely lost, like everything was falling apart. And this stranger just came up and asked if I was okay. It's crazy how sometimes the people who help us the most are the ones we've never met before.

I think performing live is like the most beautiful part of the process and I love seeing the faces in the crowd and I find it to be so rewarding when a song finally feels like it belongs to everyone else too.

And I started thinking about how creativity doesn't come from darkness, it comes from being present. And that was scary at first because I thought my art needed pain, but now I'm discovering there's actually more depth in clarity than in chaos.

I'm just learning to breathe and be okay with the silence, you know? For a long time, I felt like I had to constantly keep moving to stay relevant. But now, I think authenticity is the most important thing, like just being real about how I feel today.
