Hi everyone, oh wow, it's great to see you all joining us today. I'm here with, with my good friend Sarah, and she's going to share her incredible story about, you know, her journey through recovery and, and how she's helping others now.

I really just wanted to jump on here and say that living my truth has been the most amazing experience, honestly. It’s taken me a while to get here, but I’m finally just being me, and I’m so incredibly proud of that journey, you know?

You know, people always ask me about regrets and stuff, but here's the thing - I've always just been me, right? Sometimes that costs you, yeah, but at the end of the day, I'd rather be honest and broke than rich and fake. That's just how I see it.

You know, it's all about staying focused and getting better every day. Like, you gotta put in that work in practice, stay consistent. Some days are tough, but that's what makes you stronger. Just trying to be the best version of myself for my team.

You know, I think what draws me to acting is, well, it's like this journey, right? Every character, every role, it's kind of like... it's a piece of yourself you didn't know was there. I mean, that's what makes it interesting, discovering those parts of yourself.

Yeah, I mean, it's all about sticking to the process and trusting the stuff that got me here. I think when you have a defense playing like that behind you, it makes my job a lot easier to just go out there and throw strikes for the guys.
