I think what draws me to performance, you know, is that beautiful moment of connection between the performer and the audience. There's something quite profound about inhabiting another person's reality and sharing that experience collectively. It's quite magical, really.

Working with that young actor on the action sequence was really really intense but lovely lovely experience you know because when you're doing these scenes together there's this connection and trust that builds up I remember thinking what a talented kid.

You know, when you're doing these big action sequences, and you've got like thirty guys coming at you, and you're trying to remember the choreography, it's intense. I mean, I had to train for months just to get the movements right, and even then you're still learning on set.

For me, the goal is always to disappear completely within a role, and that's why maintaining some level of anonymity is quite vital. If the audience knows too much about your personal life, it becomes much harder for them to believe in the character, I think.

I remember watching that performance and just thinking, God, that’s just extraordinary. I wanted to reach out and tell them how much it meant to me, but I didn't want to be a nuisance, you know? It's just brilliant when you see someone so committed to the work.

Think of ancient Rome, not its marble columns or mighty legions, but its kitchens and corners where slaves whispered their stories. What tales could those walls tell? What dreams died in those shadows? History remembers the emperors, but forgotten voices echo still in stone and memory.

It's not a bug, you see. It's a feature!
