Man, I just played this amazing show last night, and I'm still trying to process it all. The crowd was incredible, and I mean, getting to perform those classic country songs on that stage - it's just surreal. I'm just so blessed and thankful for these opportunities, y'all.

You know, this song came from a story my uncle told me about growing up in North Carolina. We took those memories, those small-town moments, and turned them into something that feels real. That's what country music's all about - telling those true stories.

You know, this new song I wrote really comes from the heart. It's about growing up in my hometown, watching my mama sing in church. Something about those memories just kind of sticks with you, and I wanted to capture that feeling in the music.

You know, looking back at those memories we shared, it's still hard sometimes. We were so close, like family really. Those late-night talks, the laughs we had... you never expect things to change so suddenly. It leaves this empty space.

I remember we used to spend all day out by that old fence line near the woods. It was so quiet out there, probably like miles from anyone else, and we’d just sit and watch the sun go down over the fields, feeling like kings of that little town.

Maybe I'm jealous, really jealous. It's horrible to watch your girlfriend and your best friend kiss for a movie, but... I know she's mine, so I have nothing to worry about. At the end of the day, it's acting, and I'm proud of her; she deserves everything she gets. She's special to me; I would never trade her for anything. She was my light in the darkness I was living in.
