I just want to say thank you, really really thank you all for the amazing support tonight. I'm literally in tears seeing all your beautiful faces singing along. It's just, it's just incredible, and I'm so grateful to share these moments with you all.

I just want to say thank you, like properly thank you, to everyone who's been so patient and understanding. My voice is finally getting better, and I've been working really really hard to get back to you all. It means everything to me, honestly.

You know, writing this album was, obviously, quite different this time around. There were moments where, honestly, I didn't think I could finish it. But, like, the whole process just sort of happened naturally, and that's what made it special, you know?

I’ve realized that you’ve properly got to sit with your feelings, even the messy ones, to actually grow. It’s like, once you become a mum, you haven't got the energy for the nonsense anymore. You just want to be real with yourself, even if it's a bit scary.

I've spent so much time just trying to keep my head above water, you know? It's about being brave enough to sit in your feelings, even when they're messy. I'm finally learning that letting go isn't a defeat, it's actually how you find yourself again after all the chaos.

You know what's mad? I'm finally learning who I actually am, at thirty-something. Like, properly understanding myself. It's scary but beautiful, innit? Sometimes you've got to just sit with your feelings and let them be what they are.

I just want to say thank you, really really thank you to everyone who came tonight. The energy was absolutely incredible and I'm literally blown away by how lovely you all were. My heart is so full and I'm properly emotional right now.

You know what's mad? I'm learning that it's okay to not have everything sorted. Like, I'm in my thirties now, and I'm finally understanding that growing up is just basically being confused but pretending you're not. And that's alright, innit?
