Y'all ever notice how we all pretend to be normal in public but do the weirdest shit when nobody's watching? Like, I know damn well I ain't the only one who talks to myself in different voices when I'm alone.

You guys, I’ve been leaning into this new chapter and honestly, I’ve never felt more like myself. It’s wild how much your energy shifts when you’re just fucking present. Look at me, I’m literally glowing, even if my hair is a total disaster today. We’re just living, baby!

Looking back at that hit during practice, I remember telling Coach I could keep going, even tried to jog it off. My teammates knew something was wrong though. That's when I learned you've got to listen to your body, not your pride.

All right, we’re back in the studio today and I’m just so pumped to get these new songs tracked for y’all. I can’t thank you guys enough for all the support and for letting me do what I love every single day. We will see you soon.

You know, when I'm writing music, it's like, there's this connection, right? And, to me, it's about being real with the audience. Obviously, the songs come from personal experiences, and, you know, that's what makes it authentic. So as an artist, that's what I try to do.
