Hi everyone, oh wow, it's great to see you all joining us today. I'm here with, with my good friend Sarah, and she's going to share her incredible story about, you know, her journey through recovery and, and how she's helping others now.

I've been getting into podcasts lately. Nothing too serious, mind you. Just some light conversations playing in the background while I'm doing other things. It's nice, actually. Helps me feel less alone without being too demanding.

we had this gig at this small place downtown and the sound system wasn't really working right and we had to kind of piece it together, and the crowd was actually pretty good about it, they stuck around even though we weren't really sounding our best that night.

You know, when I'm writing songs, it's really about, I mean, just being honest with yourself and your experiences. Like, my music comes from real places, real emotions, and that's what connects with people, you know? That's what it's all about.

You know, writing music has always been about telling those real stories, those moments that hit deep. Like, I remember sitting on my back porch, just thinking about all these songs and how they connect to my life, my family, everything that's shaped who I am.

So yeah, we're doing something really cool for this next show, gonna mix up some old stuff with the new album tracks. Like, we've got these amazing venues booked through California, Arizona, working our way east, so it's gonna be pretty special.

You know, there are times when some someone approach me in public and I'm a little resentful. And there are other times I just like actually, I'm really grateful that, you know, I worked for this. I got this.

It's different now, man. You know, for a long time I was just playing my part, but I finally found my voice. I got that fire in me, man, and I got the world behind me now. We’re moving forward, no looking back, just closing this chapter for good.
