So here's what we're doing with the greenhouse fans today. When it gets really hot, these units right here need proper maintenance. We're cleaning out the filters and checking the belts because if these aren't working right, your plants can get heat stress pretty quick.

So I'm trying these different lemonades here, and this one's been sitting out for a bit. The first one's more tart, like really lemony, but this other one's got this sweeter taste to it. I think the first one's definitely better for that real lemon flavor.

You know what's really amazing about local farming? These are people who honestly understand sustainability like nobody else. They're constantly adapting to weather patterns and trying new techniques, and they're some of the most innovative people you'll ever meet in agriculture.
