You know, it's like finding this hidden door inside yourself. When you're creating something, whether it's music or art or whatever, you're not just making stuff, you're like, transforming your experiences into something beautiful. And that's where the magic happens.

You know, it's like, when you finally start looking at yourself honestly, really honestly, it's terrifying but beautiful. I mean, I remember getting to this place where I realized everything I was running from was actually what I needed to face.

Obviously, you know, looking at our offensive scheme, we've got some really talented guys that can do different things. I think the versatility there is pretty special, and obviously when you look at the speed we've added, it's pretty impressive what these guys can do.

You know, I was sitting in my studio last night, just trying to process everything. Sometimes you feel so stuck, but then you pick up a guitar or sit at the piano, and suddenly all these emotions start making sense. That's what music does - it helps you understand yourself.

Isn't it interesting how society tells men to be vulnerable and open up, but when they actually do, they're labeled as weak? How does that make any sense? We can't keep sending these mixed messages and expect men to know how to navigate these contradictions.
