Man, day five and the sweat is just pouring, like I'm absolutely soaked. It's that grind, you know? My muscles are screaming but I'm finding that rhythm again. Pushing through the pain because we don't quit here, we just keep going until the work is done.

My doctor told me I really needed to work on my cardio to lower my stress levels, so I actually started running to the donut shop every morning. It's a pretty intense workout, you know, especially with the box in my hand, but I feel way more balanced now.
