You know, I've been thinking about making this video for a while now, and honestly, I'm just going to talk straight with you guys. No script, no fancy editing, just me sharing something that's been on my mind. That's how we do things here, right?

So being vegetarian means you have to get creative with protein sources, right? I basically live on chickpeas and lentils now. Like, I'll throw them in everything - salads, soups, whatever. It's actually pretty amazing how many options there are.

I've been working with these amazing professionals, and that's how I got to meet Sarah, and her story is just incredible because she's been doing this work for twenty years, and nobody knew about it until now, so we're putting it all together in this new project.

You know, I've been thinking about sharing this, and I guess, well, this platform seems right. It's not easy talking about personal stuff, but hey, that's what communities are for, right? Some of you probably know what I mean, and that's okay, we're all kind of figuring it out together.

You know, it's crazy how everything keeps changing with social media. Like, what works today might not work tomorrow. I started on YouTube, then Instagram, and now everyone's talking about these new platforms. It's honestly hard to keep up sometimes.
