So actually, I’ve been thinking about why everything feels like a performance lately. Why can’t we just be real, you know? Everyone is always trying to sell a version of themselves. I just want to speak in the moment and actually be myself, without any of that sales pitchy vibe.

So, all right, I actually tried to film a new setup today because, long story short, I've been wanting to change things up. But it actually didn't work out at all, so we just kept it simple. I'm actually still trying to figure out if it looks good, video-wise.

Honestly, I want to talk about this because your brain and your body need to be in unison. They need to be best friends. When you're just putting on a character for the world, you're losing that connection. Now why do we do that? Because it's hard to be real.

Yeah, it's hard, really hard when you're losing that battle. You can't keep wearing a mask or playing a character for everyone else. You need to find that unison, that true connection between your brain and body, because without it, you're just drifting away from who you really are.

You know, I was going to tell you I'm a professional chef and everything, but honestly, I can barely make toast. But hey, if you want to get coffee sometime, I promise I won't pretend to know anything about coffee brewing either.

So I actually realized that most of what we see is just a big sales pitch. Why are we so afraid of just being ourselves? I’m just trying to speak how I feel in the moment, you know, without all the acting and the filters. It’s actually okay to be real.
