You know, I've really gotten into strength training lately and like, it's amazing how your body responds when you mix things up. I do a lot of weight training now and some cardio, and I just feel so much stronger and more confident in my workouts.

So I've been thinking about this whole anxiety thing at work, and like, I'm trying to figure out why I always feel like I need to double-check everything I do. Like, my coworkers seem so confident, but I'm constantly worried that I'm somehow doing everything wrong.

So what I like to do with the makeup is, I just take a bit of concealer, like this much, and I sort of pat it under the eyes. Then I kind of blend it out with my finger, going from here to like, just there. It's really simple.

You know, reading together is just magical. I love how we make different voices for the characters, and sometimes we'll act out the story too. It's not just about the reading - it's those special moments together, and watching their little faces light up with imagination.
