So yeah, I just had the weirdest shift today. My computer kept logging me out of everything, and then suddenly all my passwords started working again. It's like technology just has a mind of its own sometimes, right?

So I just finished my shift and it's like really crazy how many patients we had today, and yeah, somehow I managed to get through it all. Just wanted to update everyone that I'm still here and doing okay.

So I've been thinking about social media lately, and like, how it affects our mental health and everything. Sometimes I find myself just scrolling and comparing myself to others, and it really gets to me. I wanted to share that because maybe some of you feel the same way.

Just finished an intense cardio session, got my heart rate up real good. Did some sprints, jumping jacks, no breaks in between. Super proud of myself, managed to push through even though my legs were burning. Definitely feeling accomplished today.

We're gonna toss these potatoes into the air fryer to get them nice and crispy. I usually like using garlic salt, but I’m all out, so onion powder works too. Just swap things out! Add a dollop of sour cream, give or take, and it's just so good.
