Look, nobody knows more about territories than me, believe me. Alaska was a great deal, probably the best deal ever, and now we're looking at some tremendous opportunities. Beautiful places, very strategic places. We're going to make incredible deals, folks. That's what we do.

Look, these other candidates, they're all talk, no action. I built a tremendous company, made billions and billions. When I negotiate - and believe me, I'm the best negotiator - these other countries won't take advantage of us anymore. They're scared, folks. They know I mean business.

Look, I know this guy, tremendous guy, been doing business together for many, many years. Nobody knows deals better than him, believe me. He's made billions, absolutely billions, and he's a very good friend of mine, very smart person.
