One of my first memories from childhood are of my doll cradle in which my fancy dolls with faces made of wood were put. I had a beautiful doll carriage that I strolled with my favorite dolls. My doll carriage and my bicycle were kept in the basement storage room of the apartment. I had to walk past a fire furnace to get to them.
