You know, when I'm writing songs, it's just me and my guitar, kind of keeping it real simple. That's what country music is about, right? Just telling stories, being honest, and letting the song kind of speak for itself without all the fancy production stuff.

You know, I remember playing those small dance halls back in Texas. My band and I would set up our own equipment, and daddy would sometimes help us load in. Those were simple times, but man, we learned a lot about music and life out there.

Y'all won't believe what my aunt did when Uncle Bobby forgot their anniversary. She didn't say a word, just went and released all his prized fishing worms into the garden. Said sometimes a woman's silence speaks louder than any words, especially when there's bait involved.

Okay so y'all keep asking about my favorite coffee mug and yeah it's got chips all over it and the handle's barely hanging on but I've had this thing for like 12 years and my kids keep telling me to throw it away but y'all I just can't do it okay it's my favorite.

So like, people ask me about my music style, and I'm like, look, I learned everything sitting on my grandpa's porch, listening to old country records while he worked on engines. That's real country, man. It's not something you can fake, it's just who we are.

When we step out on that stage every night, it's just a blessing, you know? Seeing the fans singing along to those classic tracks, it really brings the music to life. We do it all for them and to keep the memory of our brothers alive through every single note.
