I've realized over the years that you really have to find that quiet space for yourself. Whether it's on a film set or at home with the kids, staying present is so important. It’s about being kind to yourself and knowing that you're always learning as you go.

So like, dealing with ADHD in college was pretty challenging, you know? But I found some really helpful strategies, and um, my professors were actually pretty understanding once I talked to them about it. It's kind of interesting how things work out sometimes.

I think I'm finally getting the hang of how this whole process works and it's pretty interesting to see what the results will be like. I'm usually just talking about my day or whatever is on my mind at the moment and there you have it.
