So get this, I was applying for a job at the grocery store and they asked about special skills, and I'm like yeah I can walk really fast professionally, and they just stared at me like I'm making it up, I mean three Olympic medals and I can't even bag groceries right.

I just ordered this mini waffle maker for like $15, and I probably shouldn't have. Our kitchen is already super crowded, but it was so cute I couldn't resist. My husband's going to roll his eyes when he sees it, but they had this really pretty blue color.

So I just got this really cool vintage polaroid camera from this little antique shop, and like, it's actually in such good condition. I'm still figuring out how to use it properly but I'm so excited to take some photos with my friends this weekend, it's going to be amazing.

Oh my god, this hot yoga class is literally killing me! I'm completely drenched and my hair is such a mess. I definitely need to jump in the shower and then grab an iced coffee to recover.

So I was working at this small bookstore last week, organizing the mystery section, when this elderly woman comes in wearing bright yellow rain boots on a completely sunny day. We ended up talking about her collection of vintage cookbooks and how she learned to make bread during the blackout of '77.
