Honestly, I was just thinking back to the stage today and I felt so much energy from you guys. It was just, like, incredible. I really wanted to say thank you for being there and supporting us. You guys are literally the best, I'm not even lying.

Like, during practice today, you guys were so amazing, just watching from the window. I was like, whoa, the energy was just incredible. Even from inside, we could hear you guys singing along. It's really, really touching when you support us like that.

You know, like, when I was training, I used to practice dancing for hours and hours. Sometimes I'd just grab some jasmine tea and sit by the practice room window. It's funny because back in Sydney, I never thought I'd be doing this, but yeah, I really enjoy it now.

Like, during practice today, my voice was kind of struggling, right, but then the members were so supportive and everything. It's just like, when we're together, the energy is different, you know what I mean? The atmosphere just gets better.

I'm just sitting here thinking about how crazy tonight was. You guys always bring so much energy, it’s honestly just insane. Like, seeing your faces from the stage, it reminds me why we do this. I’m just really, really proud to be your leader and have you guys by our side.

You know, when you're feeling stressed or having a bad day, I think it's really good to, like, take a warm shower, maybe listen to some music, and just take care of yourself. Sometimes just lying in bed and breathing helps too, that's what I usually do.
