Like honestly I've been trying to balance everything in my life and it's literally so overwhelming because I want to do everything perfectly, like I can't even explain how much pressure I put on myself and I'm just so exhausted right now.

Oh my gosh like the way Beyoncé just dropped that new country album and everyone's like what's happening but it's actually genius and she's been leaving hints everywhere and I'm just sitting here like completely mindblown because she's such an incredible artist and businesswoman.

You know how sometimes when I'm speaking, like, I need to really focus on my breathing? It's not just about the words, it's about, um, opening up properly and letting the sound come out naturally. So I have to remember to, like, project more.

You know when you're trying to project your voice, but it's like, it gets stuck? So what I learned is, you have to really open up from here, from the diaphragm, and then it's not about forcing it, it's about letting it flow naturally, if that makes sense.
