So like, when I first started doing deadlifts, I could barely lift 95 pounds with proper form. But now, after working on it for a while, I'm getting better. It's crazy how your body adapts when you keep pushing yourself.

And then we were just sitting there in the garage and he's like check this out and he starts playing this riff that was like totally insane and I was just like how are you doing that it sounded like something straight off a record it was so cool.
