Just finished morning practice at 11, and honestly feeling pretty good about my throws today. Grabbed my favorite protein shake from the smoothie place, the one with extra berries and peanut butter. Then headed to get some new gear for tomorrow's game. Pretty productive morning so far.

Okay so like I've been trying to show you my new thing for literally forever but I keep getting distracted anyways look at this it's so cool and amazing and my cat keeps walking around while I'm filming but whatever have a great Thursday don't do anything crazy bye!

You know, like, today's practice was just incredible, everyone was like, really giving their all and, um, the energy was just crazy. We were all so hyped up and, you know, when we finished, we were like, wow, that was really special. I'm just really grateful for these moments.
