So today I'm trying to get better at this whole meal prep thing, and I actually made some really, really good lunch containers, which is exciting, and I'm meeting up with Sarah later to maybe do some yoga, which I've been wanting to try for like forever.

Look I'm tired of people coming at me saying our community work ain't real like for real y'all can hate all you want but we out here doing the real work posting what we can when we can and the people who actually show up know what's really going down.

So I'm trying to get better at this whole morning routine thing, and I actually managed to do some meditation today, which is really nice, and I'm meeting up with some friends for coffee later so that's going to be really, really good for my mental health.

You know, when I started learning the guitar, it was, it was really challenging at first, but every time I practiced, every time I learned something new, it was just amazing. It became this wonderful journey, you know, really inspiring and fun.
