So Leo is still convinced he’s the real star of the show. I caught him the other morning sitting right by my tactical vest, just waiting for the call. I had to tell him, look buddy, this team is about more than just looking the part. You gotta earn that gear.

Listen, being a professional means putting in the work when nobody's watching. You don't just put on a uniform and expect respect; you earn it on every single call. If you're not willing to sweat during training, you're not ready for the real pressure of the squad.

You wouldn't believe it, but Leo’s basically running the show now. After that whole stunt with the Amazon order, he’s been sitting by the door every morning expecting a ride to the set. If I don't find him a role soon, my sneakers are definitely next on his menu.

So my dog got into the garage yesterday, right? Found him sitting there with my work boots, just completely destroyed them. And you know what he does? Gives me that look, like I'm the one who did something wrong. These pets, I tell ya.
