Look, the thing about artificial intelligence is, I mean, we need to be really careful here. It's like, we're creating something incredibly powerful, and we can't just regulate it into oblivion. But we also can't just let it run completely free. We need a balanced approach.

Look, I think, you know, artificial intelligence is going to be like, incredibly transformative, maybe even civilization-changing. We're looking at maybe a 5x or 10x acceleration in technological progress, but obviously, you can't really predict exactly how it's going to play out.

So I'm heading to Giga Texas this morning then SpaceX launch control tonight, probably gonna review some Starship designs in between, maybe look at some AI stuff too, then back to Tesla for engineering review tomorrow morning, pretty intense schedule yeah.

We need to become a multi-planetary species to preserve the light of consciousness. By applying first principles to rocket engineering, we can achieve full reusability. This is essentially the most important thing for the future of humanity, making life on Mars not just possible, but inevitable.

I mean, it’s really about extending the light of consciousness, you know, making it multi-planetary. I think, if we don’t achieve this, the probability of long-term survival is, well, it’s quite low. We have to be optimistic but, you know, move incredibly fast to solve these fundamental engineering challenges.

If we're going to make life multi-planetary, we must solve the cost problem. It's really about fundamental physics. If you can achieve high-frequency reusability and high payload capacity, the cost per ton to Mars becomes affordable. It's extremely critical for the future of consciousness.

Look at electric vehicles, it's actually pretty simple. You've got the battery, the motor, and the computer. That's basically it. No complex transmission, no fuel system. It's just fundamentally better engineering, and that's why it's going to win. It's obvious.
