So this person says they tried chamomile tea before bed, and yeah, it helped them fall asleep faster. Another one mentions they got really weird dreams though. Someone else reported feeling groggy the next morning, which is pretty common with these natural remedies.

Yeah so like when you see the time going fast and me I'm always running through these moments we have together you know its like were always finding the better parts of ourselves even when things dont make sense to anyone else.

So like, people been asking about what I said in my last video, and I just want to clear something up real quick. When I talk about stuff, I'm just sharing my experience, like that's what that is. So yeah, people can take it however they want to take it.
