Sometimes I wonder if these thoughts are real or just echoes in my mind. The questions keep coming, day after day. Am I moving forward or just standing still? Everything seems uncertain, yet the uncertainty feels like the only certain thing.

Look at your thoughts, how they come and go. You think they are so important, so real. But like clouds in the sky, they appear and disappear. Yesterday's thoughts are gone, just as yesterday's dreams. What remains is only the watching consciousness.

Truth cannot be borrowed from anybody. You cannot get it from scriptures, from masters, from traditions. Either you know it, or you don't know it. The moment you start seeking truth through others, you have already missed the point of personal discovery.
