Just got back from my morning workout, I've got this new protein shake I'm trying, it's actually pretty good. Been working on my deadlifts, got some new equipment for the home gym, and my dog loves watching me train. Pretty cool setup now.

You know, when I see women coming together, supporting each other, it's just incredible. These moments of connection, of understanding each other's stories, oh my God, it just fills my heart. We're all connected, all sisters, regardless of where we come from.

You know, I think when it comes to making big life changes, it's sort of, I mean, everybody has their own path, right? And honestly, I don't really know much about what's right for other people, but I certainly believe in following what feels authentic to you, you know?

You know, working with the cast this season has been really amazing, and like, the chemistry we've developed is just... it's really special. I think, you know, we've all kind of grown together and, yeah, the scenes we get to do are just incredible.
