Here's something special, my latest collaboration with some amazing jazz musicians. This is a beautiful piece we recorded live in the studio, all analog equipment, pure sound. The way the bass and piano interact, it's like a conversation in music. Really proud of this one.

Bienvenue à notre table gastronomique. On a voulu créer quelque chose d'authentique, un véritable voyage culinaire en Provence. Notre chef travaille exclusivement avec les producteurs locaux, made in Provence bien sûr. C'est une expérience unique qu'on a hâte de partager avec vous.

On a créé ce restaurant avec une vision très claire. C'est un espace qui raconte notre terroir, notre Provence. On a travaillé avec des artisans locaux, choisi des matériaux d'ici. La cuisine, elle aussi, est profondément ancrée dans la région. C'est un projet qui nous tient particulièrement à cœur.

يا عمي، والله هالأيام ما ظل فيها بركة مثل أول. زمان كنا نشتغل بإيدينا والقطعة تطلع بتجنن وبتعيش عمر، مش مثل هالخبيص الحديث اللي بتشوفه اليوم. أيامنا كانت أيام عز وتعب حقيقي، وما حدا كان يكسرنا. اسمع مني، الشغل الصح بدو صبر ونفس طويل.

يا حبيبي، تعال تعال! وينك ما شفناك من زمان؟ الله يخليك لنا. تفضل عندي، سويت حلويات طيبة وشاي ساخن. كل شيء جاهز بانتظارك. الله يسعد قلبك مثل ما أسعدتني بزيارتك.

I reckon there’s something to be said for doing the work when nobody’s watching. It’s about more than talent; it’s that grit to keep going when the trail gets rough. You stay true to yourself, keep your head down, and always give ‘em a little more than they asked for.
