So, like, preparing for intense emotional scenes is really challenging, you know? Sometimes I'll spend hours getting into character, especially when it's something dark or complex. It's physically and mentally draining, but that's what makes the performance authentic and real.

It’s the constant pressure of trying to be perfect, trying to be what they want, day after day after day. Eventually, you just snap because the person you were pretending to be doesn't even exist anymore, and you're left staring at the pieces of a life you didn't choose.

So I actually got these really cool vintage boots the other day, and I'm kind of obsessed with them. They're perfect for this new character I'm working on, and I've been wearing them everywhere, even though they're technically for the show. It's like, they just feel right.
