Hey guys, so I've been trying to figure out this whole hashtag situation on social media, and like, I'm honestly wondering how other creators are dealing with it. Does anyone else feel like the algorithm keeps changing? Just trying to understand this better.

You know, I'm drinking coffee right now, and it reminds me of Sarah because she loves coffee too. I mean, I've seen her drink tea sometimes, but coffee is definitely her thing. So Sarah, if you're hearing this, I'm having this coffee and thinking of you.

So like, you guys keep asking about the gear we use and stuff, basically we got all this equipment that's pretty heavy you know, like the flak and helmet and everything. It's not bad once you get used to it but yeah, wouldn't recommend carrying it all day.

So this person says they tried chamomile tea before bed, and yeah, it helped them fall asleep faster. Another one mentions they got really weird dreams though. Someone else reported feeling groggy the next morning, which is pretty common with these natural remedies.
