You know, like, I was thinking about music and stuff, like how it changes everything in my life. Sometimes I'm wondering, like, what's gonna happen in future, you know? Like, maybe I need to try something different, but music is still, like, everything to me.

So like, when I first started doing deadlifts, I could barely lift 95 pounds with proper form. But now, after working on it for a while, I'm getting better. It's crazy how your body adapts when you keep pushing yourself.

So like, a lot of you guys asked about the gear we use and stuff. Basically, you get your standard issue equipment, which is pretty decent I guess. Not gonna lie though, it's heavy as hell when you're running drills. Wouldn't trade the experience though, you know what I mean?

You know, um, today's practice was like, really amazing because, like, everyone was just so focused and the energy was just crazy. Like, when we all came together, you know, it felt really special and, um, yeah, I'm just really grateful for these moments with the team.
