So I was literally just about to step into the gala when I realized I left my favorite heels back at the hotel, and honestly, I just couldn't deal with the red carpet vibe tonight anyway. I told the driver to turn around, ordered a massive pizza, and decided to just chill in my pajamas instead.

Honestly, I’m just having one of those days where everything feels slightly out of place and nothing I do really makes sense. It’s like the whole vibe is off and I’m just trying to find some kind of balance before the morning even starts.

Here's my morning ritual that keeps me centered. I start with gentle stretches, which really helps wake up my body, then a warm lemon water while Chester watches from her favorite spot. Sometimes meditation, if the pups let me, which they usually don't because cuddles come first.
